  • date reservation and payment details (to the extent necessary to confirm and process the reservation).

We obtain this data:

  • via the contact form on our website

  • via the Reserio reservation system, which is linked to our website.

3. Purpose of processing

We use personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • processing your reservation or inquiry,

  • communication about our services and products,

  • processing payments and booking confirmations,

  • keeping records of services provided to the necessary extent,

  • compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting regulations).

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data is based on:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of the contract (e.g. booking a service),

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent to processing (e.g. for the contact form),

  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – fulfillment of a legal obligation.

5. Provision of data to third parties

We do not provide your data to third parties, except for:

  • reservation system provider Reserio, which processes data as a processor in accordance with the GDPR,

  • web hosting and technical website management provider,

  • public authorities, if required by law.

6. Data retention period

We retain data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or until consent is revoked.
We keep reservation data according to accounting regulations for a maximum of 10 years.

7. Your rights

You have the right:

  • request access to your personal data,

  • request their correction or deletion,

  • restrict their processing,

  • object to processing,

  • withdraw consent to processing,

  • to file a complaint against Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
